Refund policy

In accordance with articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the user has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the article(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal by returning the or the items ordered from the seller without having to justify the reasons. The return is free if you are in Metropolitan France. For a return from another country, the shipment will remain at your expense.

You can choose between a refund, a credit or an exchange.
To do this, simply send us an email to contact@maiamepolewear.com.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect resalable condition. They must therefore neither have been worn, nor washed, nor stained. If a credit note is established, it will be offered to you as a method of payment during your next order. The return of Outlet, promotional or clearance products will not be refunded. Only exchanges (within the limit of available stocks) and credits will be authorized.

We will directly recredit your bank account for the amount of the returned items within 10 to 15 days of receipt of your return package. In the case of a PayPal payment, the reimbursement period is that set by your contract.
