Shipping policy

Orders (items for which are in stock) are prepared and shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Products are shipped by post via La Poste Colissimo or Chronopost, or at a Pick Up point by Mondial Relay. Delivery times for products already in stock reported to the customer when ordering are indicative and calculated based on the processing time and the information communicated by La Poste or Mondial Relay. They are in no way opposable and cannot be the subject of an order cancellation in the event of an overrun. In the event of an unusual delay, an email will be sent to the customer as soon as possible. In the event of a delay due to force majeure, the delivery period will be extended by the duration of the said force majeure, defined in particular as follows: strikes, blockages of road, rail or air networks, whatever the cause, and facts due to bad weather.

The tracking number will be sent to the customer when the package is sent, in an email summarizing the details of the order. The customer can thus follow the shipment of his package on the website https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois for Colissimo, https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis/ for Mondial Relay or https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/suivi-colis for Chronopost. The risks of transport being borne by the customer, the latter undertakes to check the content and integrity of the package upon receipt of the latter, as well as to issue reservations or lodge a complaint with the postal services within a period of 3 working days from delivery, or even refuse the package, if it shows signs of deterioration or appears to have been opened. This being so, despite all the care taken by Maiamé Polewear in the preparation of packages, a product may be missing. Similarly, after transporting the package, one of the products may prove to be defective. In order to compensate for this lack, the customer must, upon receipt of his order, check the conformity of the products received. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or damaged product, damaged package) must imperatively be notified, the same day of receipt or at the latest the first working day following receipt, directly on the Maiamé Polewear site via the "contact" section or by separate email or by registered mail to the following address: 204, rue Breteuil 13006 MARSEILLE. Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and Maiamé Polewear will be released from all liability. If the conditions previously mentioned are duly fulfilled and the responsibility of the brand engaged, Maiamé Polewear offers either to exchange the defective product, or to refund the defective item, or to reship the missing product, and this, at the company's expense. Any taxes and customs duties applicable to orders delivered outside France are the responsibility of the buyer and are his responsibility. The products are shipped with the supporting invoice, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.

The Customer acknowledges that, in the event of a pre-order, the delivery time will be extended. The estimated delivery time appears on the product sheet at the time of purchase, and in the order confirmation email. The delivery time depends on the time required and the production volume of all the pre-ordered products.
